HISTORY
1995
Spritvest Sdn Bhd was founded as Enterprise Data Capture, namely direct store delivery solution provider by Mr Cheng Ping Liong and En Othman Bin Bakri.
1996
Incorporation of Enterprise Data Collection and Collation system solution business as Grand-Flo Electronic System Sdn Bhd by Mr Tan Bak Hong. In 2003, he established Grand-Flo Solutions Berhad, later known as Grand-Flo Berhad (Grand-Flo).
2006
Grand-Flo Berhad acquired Spritvest Sdn Bhd and renamed it as Grand-Flo Spritvest Sdn Bhd.
2013
Grand-Flo Berhad ventured into the property development sector in partnership with notable industry players.
2019
YBG Yap Consolidated Sdn Bhd take-over and acquire Grand-Flo group.
2020
Radiant Globaltech Berhad acquired 80% of Grand-Flo Spritvest Sdn Bhd shares and the remaining 20% by Jejaka Capital Sdn Bhd. Grand-Flo Spritvest Sdn Bhd continues to operate under the stewardship of Mr Cheng Ping Liong.
2022
Radiant Globaltech Berhad has successfully acquired the remaining 20% in Grand-Flo Spritvest Sdn Bhd, thereby making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of Radiant Globaltech Berhad.
